Since the beginning of his commercial activity in 2004, one of Ednon’s objectives is to improve the quality of their professional services.
In 2008, the company achieved ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System, although its implementation had begun years before. Since it was obtained, the commitment of the company to a continuous improvement has increased annually.
This is the reason why, two years later, in 2010, and as a result of its social responsibility, the company obtained ISO 14001 certification for its Environmental Management System.
Also, as a result of this commitment, the company certifies in that same year the main and elementary activity of the company: technology services; through ISO 20000 certification about Information Technology Services Management.
Due to increasingly Ednon’s and clients’ internal awareness regarding the secure treatment of information, the company implements an ISMS – Information Security Management System, certified by ISO 27001 in 2011, so that the guarantee is transferred (both internally and externally) regarding confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information through the application of 114 controls.
Additionally, and as a consequence of the cybersecurity specialization of the company and the services we provide from our Security Operations Center and Incident Response Center (NXT-ENOC), in 2020 we have achieved the certification of the National Security Scheme (ENS –Spain-) in medium category.
The achievement of these certifications would not be possible without the involvement and effort of Ednon’s staff and collaborators. They have been and they are essential.

The effective application of the integrated management system in the company is audited annually (based on the five regulatory standards indicated), and it is carried out through an independent and accredited external entity.
