EDNON integrates equal treatment and opportunities as a priority and cross-cutting issue in the organization’s strategic management and, within the framework of legal obligations, defines the EQUALITY PLAN as a structured set of measures aimed at eliminating all forms of discrimination based on sex that may hinder the achievement of effective equality for women and men.
The EQUALITY PLAN is a document that seeks to benefit all members of the company; therefore, all EDNON employees, regardless of their professional category, employment contract, or location, are subject to its scope. The Equality Plan has been made available to all members of the EDNON team, as well as to anyone else who may be interested in its content.
The Equality Plan was approved by the Negotiating Committee on October 29, 2025, and is valid for four years from the date of its signing.
