Ednon Labs_ is Ednon’s R&D department. It is a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes Big Data Architects, Systems Engineers, DevOps, Full-Stack Developers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists, allowing a multidisciplinary vision of projects.

R&D
The things we do. Our abilities
We are mainly innovating in three technological areas: Big Data and Analytics, Industry 4.0 and Cybersecurity. We are creating components and platforms to address problems arisen in R&D projects, which in turn become part of our solutions and services for clients. This allow us to tackle other projects and services with a greater probability of success.
The spearhead of our work are our projects:
- ELIIoT: Platform and tools for industrial IoT monitoring with intelligence at two levels, allowing us to address the problems of the Industry with predictive models that optimize operating times, reduce scheduled stops and minimize unexpected ones.
- CAROL: Automation platform for customer-oriented support tasks. It provides an automated assistant that maximizes operation times in those tasks that really matter, so the quality of the time dedicated by them to the client increases.
- PROMETHEUS: A new evolution of the IIoT monitoring platform and monitoring tools that enables the security and surveillance of manufacturing networks using an intelligence layer that focuses on early warnings. As well as an intelligence layer aimed at energy efficiency and the optimization of production processes.
We apply these technologies in different areas and business sectors, in public, private and hybrid cloud.

Our assiduous developments allow us to adapt to changing environments without effort, making continuous deliveries in short periods of time that facilitate integration with our clients.
Our developments cover the entire data durability: from obtaining data to its analysis and final consumption in all types of environments, both industrial and Cloud, through client infrastructure. We integrate Industrial protocols such as OPC-UA and Modbus; and transport protocols such as MVB, among others. By using Big Data tools we secure communications and assets and we offer advanced analytics capabilities with custom rules engines and fault analysis by using Deep Learning.
